• PC with 32M RAM and 5M of hard disk space

• SVGA adapter set at 800 x 600 dpi resolution (video display)

• Hayes compatible modem

• Any preferred asynchronous communications software

• Any Windows^® 95, 98, ME, 2000 or NT 4.0, XP Workstation Operating System

In addition, if you want to use the ClaimsDirect^® import feature you must use either a Windows^®/DOS billing application or have PC access to a UNIX based billing software to retrieve a HCFA print image file.  If you're not sure how to accomplish this step, don't worry, we will be happy to assist you.
